Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

As each piece is made to order, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support.v3xx@gmail.com. Please note that all returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages & Issues

Every order is produced with care. However, we ask that you inspect your item upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variation

All products are crafted individually, and as such, are not eligible for general returns.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different size or product, you may place a new order separately.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, availability and acceptance are at our discretion.

Orders that are refused at delivery or marked undeliverable may not be eligible for future COD purchases.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
